"Site") and are operated by SportsLine.com, Inc. pursuant to a strategic
relationship with PGA TOUR LICENSED PROPERIES, INC. (SportsLine.com,
Inc. and PGA TOUR LICENSED PROPERIES, INC. collectively "PGA TOUR
