1984: At 27, Seve Ballesteros was already a two-time Masters champion when he captured his second British Open title at the 113th Open Golf Championship played at St. Andrews. Ballesteros made up a three-stroke deficit in the final round, shooting 3-under 69 to beat Tom Watson and Bernhard Langer by two shots.
