1989 -- Oak Hill Country Club
Curtis Strange captured his second straight U.S. Open championship at Oak Hill when he beat Chip Beck, Mark McCumber and Ian Woosnam by a single stroke in 1989. Strange became the first repeat champion since Ben Hogan in 1951 and the sixth in history.
